Critical thinking & AI
Critical thinking is key to our interaction with AI. It ensures that the results we achieve serve human needs, rather than focusing only on efficiency and effectiveness.
To be able to evaluate every situation in any professional context, I train professionals in critical thinking across a wide range of domains.
Whether you are an executive looking to train your team or an independent professional, I provide tailored training based on your daily challenges. In this training you will learn about critical thinking itself, self-awareness, computational thinking, and how to relate to AI to make better decisions.
Group sessions (5–15 participants) are also possible.
Expert strategy advisory
Through philosophical inquiry and qualitative interview techniques, informed by academic expertise (PhD research) and extensive business experience, I help organizations understand their core identity, clarify their strategic aspirations, and develop a distinctive and competitive positioning.
This includes developing a cohesive strategy to bring that vision to life, as well as advising on how to allocate tasks between humans and AI in a complementary, synergistic way.
Existential counseling
In the era of AI, many of us are confronted with questions about our role, relevance, and future. Existential counseling explores questions of meaning, value, identity, and direction in life. It creates space to reflect on who you are and what you want to accomplish.
This approach differs from coaching in that it is not focused primarily on achievement or outcomes, but on exploring deeper, sometimes uncomfortable questions about your existence and the way you relate to the world.
As a philosopher, I approach these questions through philosophy, not psychology. This means using our inner wisdom instead of treating the mind as an object to be analyzed.
Our one-on-one conversations make also space for your emotions to emerge as guides toward a deeper understanding of who you are.
Feel welcome to reach out if you are experiencing existential angst, identity erosion, or a loss of value brought on by AI
I work primarily remotely with in-person engagements available on request.
My intentional exclusions
I focus on the deep, often unquantifiable existential dimension of human capability.
That means I intentionally do not offer the following:
- Standardized assessments (e.g. psychometric assessments or standardised behavioural / personality assessments)
- Reduction of humans to metrics
- Data-driven performance optimization models
- Surface-level AI upskilling or tool training
- Short-term fixes for complex human challenges
- Transactional leadership development
